Developed Indian Hills, Palm Harbor, Mystic Cove, Bahia Sound, The Reef and Marlin Industrial Park.
- Inventor:
Nine Patents, mostly dealing with dryer venting. Most recognized: The Dryerbox (metal receptacle that installs in the wall behind the dryer). As of today, the Dryerbox is installed in 85% of new homes built or renovated.

- Summary:
Born in Cincinnati Ohio, moved to West Palm Beach at age of 16. In high school I had my own resin table business. At Florida State University I was House Manager of the 44-bedroom fraternity house for three years. Did punchout for a builder. My construction company was named Marlin Construction & Development. Sold In-O-Vate Dryer Products in 2019.
